Privacy & consent

What we do
with your information.

Short version: we use it to talk to you about the thing you asked about. We don't sell it. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

An Kreyòl, an kout

Nou p ap rele ni voye tèks ba ou sof si w te tcheke bwat konsantman an. Ou ka di nou sispann nenpòt lè — reponn STOP nan yon tèks, oswa rele epi n ap retire w.

Tèks legal konplè a an Anglè anba a. Si w gen yon kesyon sou li, rele nou epi n ap eksplike w li an Kreyòl.

Who this covers

This notice applies to this website and to the forms on it, operated by ("we", "us"), trading as P.U.S.H., . Questions go to or .

What we collect

Only what you type into a form, plus a small amount of technical context that comes with it:

We do not ask for and you should never send us Social Security numbers, ITINs, bank details, card numbers or copies of documents through a form on this site. For tax work we will tell you a safe way to get those to us.

Why we have it

To answer you. That's the whole purpose. Specifically: to call, text or email you back about the enquiry you made; to book you into a meeting or an appointment; and to keep a record of your consent so that our contact with you stays lawful.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to lead buyers or to other agents. If you have been on a "get a quote" site before, you will know that is not the norm in this industry. It is our practice here.

We share it only where it is necessary to do the thing you asked for:

Calls and texts

We will only call or text you about your enquiry if you ticked the consent box on the form. That consent is never a condition of buying anything, and the form works whether or not you tick it.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop at any time — reply STOP to any text, tell us on a call, or ring and ask to be removed. We will action it and we will not ask you to justify it.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. It stores two small things in your own browser, and neither leaves your device: your language choice, so the site opens in the language you picked, and, briefly, your name from a form you just submitted, so the following page can greet you. Clearing your browser data removes both.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see your IP address when a page loads, as they would for any site using that service.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are dealing with your enquiry, and after that for as long as we need to in order to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed insurance producer and a tax return preparer. Consent records are kept for as long as we may need to evidence them. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and tell us to stop contacting you. Call or email . There is no form to fill in and no fee.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, call us and we will remove it.

Security, honestly stated

We take sensible precautions with what we hold, and information sent to this site travels over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. That is exactly why this site is built not to ask for the information that would actually hurt you if it leaked.

Changes
